Your containment breach post reminded me I'm behind on your voidhopping updates, what's happening with your paladin and his comparatively sane friends and boyfriend??

HELLO so sorry i was out yesterday and couldn't reply!!

voidhopping update: next session will likely be our final session!

we coordinated with our allies across all the planets we've visited and they launched an attack on the Void on multiple fronts, causing enough of a distraction that we could slip into the Void and head directly for its Heart. our goal is for some of the party to consume the Heart, ascending to godhood and gaining enough power to permanently bind the Void to two new planes we've created (the shadowfell and the feywild). we hope this will stabilise the Void enough to prevent it becoming a threat again!

so far we've fought void monsters, former allies that became corrupted, and now we're facing off against the Void in its most concentrated form. it's a writhing mass of tentacles that caused our cleric (who has truesight) to bleed from the eyes when he looked directly at it. we can SEE the Heart of the Void in the distance. we just have to reach it 💀

(kallux is back on the planet we just left, fighting on one of the fronts. i hope he's safe 😭)
